Get it the moment it’s live

The converter is being polished right now. Drop your email and we’ll send it to you first — together with the 2-page export checklist, so your Stocky files are ready to convert the day it ships. 100% local processing, no account, no upload.

In the meantime, the 2-page export checklist (PDF) tells you exactly what to get out of Stocky this week.

What it will do

1

Upload

Drag in your Stocky CSVs — PO report, single POs, SKU report. Everything is parsed on your device.

2

Review

See the column mapping and counts. Anything uncertain is flagged Check — no silent guesses. (The Ordered column trap is handled.)

3

Download

Three clean files: suppliers.csv, cost-history.csv (dated), open-pos.csv.

Supported files

Purchase order list (CSV)

One row per PO — supplier, dates, totals, received status.

Single PO exports (CSV)

Line-level detail per purchase order.

SKU report with Average Cost

Fallback cost for products missing a receipt.

Official export pack

Mixed columns? Use manual mapping — anything unmapped is flagged, not guessed.

100% local — verify it yourself. No files are uploaded, stored or logged. When it ships, open DevTools → Network while using the converter: you’ll see zero file-related requests.

FAQ

When does the converter launch?
It’s in the final build stage. Join the list above and you’ll get it the day it’s live — plus the export checklist so you can pull your Stocky files out now.
Which file formats work?
Stocky’s CSV exports: the purchase order report, single PO CSVs and the SKU report. If you have an Excel file, save it as CSV first.
How are cost dates handled?
Each row keeps its original PO date — so your cost layers land on the correct day instead of the import day.
Can it handle 10,000 rows?
Yes. Parsing happens on your machine; large exports may take a few seconds.
How does this relate to the ShelfRestock app?
The converter is free and standalone — use it no matter which app you choose. If you use ShelfRestock, the same files rebuild your suppliers and dated cost history in the app.
